Visit MANN – National Archaeological Museum of Naples with Campania>Artecard, featuring renowned Pompeian, Farnese, and Egyptian collections.
One of the oldest and most significant museums in the world, MANN houses three main collections: Pompeian artifacts, the Farnese Collection, and the Egyptian Collection, the latter being one of the largest outside Cairo and Turin.
Visiting the MANN means coming face-to-face with masterpieces that shaped history. At the heart of the museum stand the great marbles of the Farnese Collection, with iconic works like the Farnese Bull and the Farnese Hercules, pieces that alone are worth the visit. A little further on, the route leads through the treasures of Pompeii and Herculaneum: from the famous Alexander Mosaic to the striking frescoes of the Villa of the Mysteries, all the way to everyday details like the Cave Canem mosaic.
Between refined bronzes, galleries dedicated to Egyptian art and the surprising Secret Cabinet, the MANN never stops amazing, offering a vivid and immediate look at the ancient world. It’s the perfect add-on to your itinerary if you want to discover the most authentic and surprising side of Naples’ history.
